Visual Arts Call for Submissions
The Drop, new digital journal of Petrichor Art & Literary, a nonprofit art and literary press, is thrilled to announce an open call for our inaugural issue. We are actively seeking short-form literature and visual art to build the cornerstone of our debut publication.
Petrichor occurs the moment rain hits earth. Our poetry, fiction, nonfiction, and visual art are these moments of transformation. Our passion is to curate exceptional writing and visual art that are a catalyst for transformation, a new literary renaissance, and even revolution – and also just tell a really great story!
Although Petrichor and The Drop have a global reach and a global community of storytellers – our editors and contributors are from North America, Europe, and Africa – we are rooted in the local Kansas City community.
