Ring in the Thousand Years of Peace

At Grace and Holy Trinity Cathedral, Kansas City, MO
By Spire Chamber Ensemble
Ring in the Thousand Years of Peace presented by Spire Chamber Ensemble at Grace and Holy Trinity Cathedral, Kansas City MO

Ring in the Thousand Years of Peace invites audiences into a contemplative world where music becomes a vessel for hope, renewal, and the passage of time. At the heart of the program lies Jonathan Dove’s The Passing of the Year. Together with works by Henk Badings, Dale Trumbore, Johannes Brahms, Lili Boulanger, and Eric Whitacre, the program explores reflection, longing, endings, beginnings, and the quiet promise of peace across generations.
