Enjoy a fall arts fest Third Friday art walk in the Englewood Arts District in Independence, MO. Our gallery features an art reception Nov 20th, 6 to 9 pm. A show of 2D and 3D work. Nocturne: Art in Shadow & Song” Concept: a night-themed gallery experience where art, music, and atmosphere merge into an immersive, romantic darkness. “Nocturne” is a musical term for an elegant and evocative work. We are looking for Visual Motifs: Night imagery, low lighting, chiaroscuro; flowing forms inspired by music, especially the contrast between light and dark.

This work will be up for our Small Saturday Nov 28th business fair and wine tasting, followed by a holiday car show parade. 1 pm to 7 pm. You won’t want to miss this month at the gallery.

Creative Spark Gallery at Englewood Row is a vibrant new art gallery and studio hub in the heart of Independence’s Englewood Arts District. Featuring monthly juried art exhibits, weekly classes, and a lively Third Friday Art Walk with live music and vendors. The space supports eight rentable studios for new and emerging artists working in fine art, fashion, and jewelry. The Spark is all about community-focused programming with classes and events in fine art, crafts, yoga, creative writing, and poetry.
