Mike Lewis

A young cowboy tends to the burn off of unwanted prairie grass in the Flint Hills of Kansas.

I am a hobbyist photographer, which, by my way of thinking, is a fancy way of saying “I take nice photos of whatever interests me”.  But I’d like to think those subjects would interest others, and the greatest reward of my hobby is connecting with someone over an image which has struck a mutual chord. Whether it’s a black and white detail of a flower in our front yard, or an image of the Eiffel Tower at night, I try to capture whatever it is that makes a subject special, and share it.
